Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Standard delivery is £5.99, but orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date in your confirmation email. This may vary based on availability, location, or unexpected delays.
All orders are sent via tracked courier service and require a signature.If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, please contact us in writing as soon as possible.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a refund or replacement. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
We’ll cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items and issue a refund or replacement once inspected.
This doesn’t cover wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

What’s my suit size?
All Milano Couture suits use UK sizing, based on your chest and waist measurements in inches. For example, if your chest measures 40 inches, you’ll need a size 40 jacket. If your waist measures 34 inches, you'll be a 34 trouser. If you're between sizes, we recommend rounding up for a better fit.

How long are the trousers?
Our trousers are typically labelled with "R", "S", or "L" to indicate inside leg length:
– 31" inside leg (default length)
– 29" inside leg
– 33" inside leg
If no letter is shown, the trouser is regular length. Most trousers are available in regular only, but a local tailor can easily shorten or slightly lengthen them by about an inch.

What fit are Milano Couture suits?
Our suits are designed in a slim fit cut. This means a sharp, tailored look that gently tapers through the waist and ankle. It's flattering, modern, and comfortable—perfect for any occasion.
Why are the pockets stitched closed on the waistcoat?
The waistcoat pockets are stitched closed to maintain shape and structure during wear. While they can be unpicked to use for light items, we advise keeping them stitched as they are not fully lined or designed for functional use.
What if my suit doesn’t fit?
If your suit isn't the right fit, you have 28 days to return or exchange it for a different size. We do not offer alterations online, but minor adjustments—such as leg length—can be easily handled by your local tailor. See our [returns & exchange policy] for full details.
Do you offer free delivery?
We do not offer free delivery. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. UK delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, with express options available.
