Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Standard delivery is £5.99, but orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

All orders are sent via tracked courier service and require a signature. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, please contact us in writing as soon as possible.
Returns
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a refund or replacement. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
We’ll cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items and issue a refund or replacement once inspected.
This doesn’t cover wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
