Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Milano Couture purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know.

⚠️ Please note: Our online returns policy differs from our in-store returns policy.

In-Store Purchases

  • Items bought in-store must be returned to a Milano Couture store.
  • Postal returns are not accepted for in-store purchases.
  • You can return items within 28 days of purchase for an exchange, or a gift card (refunds are not available in-store).
  • Items must be unworn and have tags attached.

Online Purchases

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached.
  • ⚠️ Exchanges are not available — please place a new order after your refund is processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs (if posting).

How to Return Your Online Order

Option A — Post it to us

  1. Download & print the Returns Form.
  2. Fill it out completely and put the completed form inside your parcel.
  3. Cut out the address label on the form and attach it to your parcel.
  4. Post to our returns address.

Option B — Drop it off at any of our Milano Couture stores

  1. Download & print the Returns Form.
  2. Fill it out completely and hand the completed form to the store with your item.
  3. Store teams will accept the drop-off; refunds are processed centrally (no in-store exchanges or on-the-spot refunds).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of receiving your item.
  • In many cases, refunds appear in your account within 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless you request otherwise.
